| Driving back to the Bay Area, the sky was dramatic and it was worth taking a few pictures to highlight the clouds. I didn't know there was adventure ahead! |

| With the sky like this, it's a good time to take pictures for the Barn Project, so there were a couple of barns along the road that weren't photographed yet. |

| One of the more intriguing barns is this really long pole barn outside Escalon, turning down the country road to get closer is where my adventure began. |

| It seems some of the girls wanted to go out for a Sunday stroll - no, they didn't get permission, they were just out seeing if the grass really was greener! |

"Hmmmm, do you think this means it is safe to cross the street here?" |
| Too soon the ranch hands started herding the girls back towards the barn, while my car blocked the road to keep them from running away. |

"Oh well, it was fun while we were out!" |

| Of course any commotion in the area draws all the nosy neighbors. |

| When the girls were back in the barn and the noise died down, I could return to taking the photographs of the sky and barn. |
