Parting Shots

	So not until the day before we have to leave do we find out that Bob Hope's widow lives around the corner. (Who knew? We hope that Spike's barking didn't bother her!)
	Rod and Diane (remember the tram trip?) invited us to their place in La Quinta for drinks during the sunset.
	Their home overlooks the 9th and 18th greens at PGA West. The sunset was gorgeous!
	Here are Rod and Berlynn on the patio enjoying a glass of Ironstone Zinfandel.
	As the sun went behind the Santa Rosa range, a jet from LAX left a vapor trail pointing our way back home.
	Finally, we couldn't help but really get into the Carmen Miranda mood by getting dressed up one night.
